Indications
Actomeg 850 is used along with diet and exercise to help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. This is for those who are already taking Actomeg 850 or those whose diabetes is not controlled well with just one of these medicines.
Pharmacology
Actomeg 850 works when insulin is present in the body. Actomeg 850 helps reduce insulin resistance in the body and liver, which leads to better use of insulin for glucose and reduces glucose made by the liver. Actomeg 850 is a strong medicine that helps control blood sugar by affecting genes involved in glucose and fat metabolism.
Actomeg 850 helps improve glucose tolerance by lowering blood sugar levels, both before and after meals. Actomeg 850 reduces glucose made by the liver, lowers glucose absorption from the intestines, and makes the body better at using insulin. Unlike other medicines, Actomeg 850 doesn’t cause low blood sugar or increase insulin levels in the body.
Dosage & Administration
General: The treatment for type 2 diabetes should be personalized based on how well Actomeg 850 works for the person. The daily dose should not exceed 45 mg of Actomeg 850 and 2550 mg of Actomeg 850.
Dosage Recommendations: The starting dose should be based on the person’s current medicine. Actomeg 850 should be taken in divided doses with meals to reduce side effects. The doses can be adjusted depending on how well Actomeg 850 works.
For patients switching from other treatments: Actomeg 850 may be started based on the dose of the previous medicine and adjusted as needed.
Maximum Dose: The maximum dose of Actomeg 850 is 45 mg a day, and the maximum dose of Actomeg 850 is 2550 mg a day for adults.
Special Patients: Older people and those with kidney problems may need lower doses. Kidney function should be checked regularly, especially for older people. This treatment should not be started if the liver is not working well.
Interaction
Actomeg 850 may affect vitamin B12 absorption. Actomeg 850 can also interact with other medicines, increasing or decreasing its effect. Actomeg 850 may interact with medicines that are cleared by the kidneys.
Contraindications
Actomeg 850 should not be used by people with kidney disease or dysfunction, especially if there is a high creatinine level or kidney problems from conditions like shock, heart attack, or infection. Actomeg 850 should also be avoided by those allergic to Actomeg 850 or any of its ingredients, and by those with metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis.
Side Effects

Pregnancy & Lactation
