Pharmacology
Adinir is a semisynthetic third-generation oral cephalosporin antibiotic. These include Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Proteus mirabilis. Like other cephalosporins, Adinir kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their cell wall.
