Indications

Aggreno is used to lower the risk of stroke in people who have had a temporary blockage in the brain or a full stroke caused by a blood clot.

Pharmacology

Aggreno contains two medicines that help prevent blood clots. One stops blood cells from sticking together, and the other helps widen blood vessels and increase blood flow. This makes Aggreno harder for clots to form and improves circulation.

Dosage & Administration

Adults & Elderly: Take one capsule twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Swallow whole without chewing. Aggreno can be taken with or without food.

Pediatric Use: Aggreno is not recommended for children as its safety has not been studied.

Interaction

Using Aggreno with blood thinners, pain relievers, or some heart medications may increase the risk of bleeding. Certain drugs for high blood pressure and kidney issues may also affect its effectiveness.

Contraindications

Aggreno should not be used by people allergic to any of its ingredients. Those with a history of severe asthma, nasal allergies, or aspirin reactions should also avoid Aggreno. Children or teens with viral infections should not take Aggreno due to the risk of a serious condition called Reye’s syndrome.

Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, and diarrhea.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Aggreno should not be used in late pregnancy as Aggreno can cause bleeding problems and complications during childbirth. Since both ingredients can pass into breast milk, nursing mothers should avoid Aggreno.

Precautions & Warnings

Aggreno should not be used in people with stomach ulcers, heart disease, low blood pressure, or severe kidney or liver problems. Aggreno may increase the risk of serious bleeding.

Overdose Effects

Taking too much may cause symptoms like dizziness, sweating, nausea, ringing in the ears, fever, dehydration, or low blood pressure. In severe cases, Aggreno can lead to confusion, seizures, or shock. Treatment involves supporting vital functions and removing the excess drug from the body.
