Indications
Aquafresh 15ml is used to relieve irritation and discomfort in the eyes caused by dryness or exposure to wind and sun.
Pharmacology
Aquafresh 15ml is an ocular lubricant that helps relieve symptoms of moderate to severe dry eye syndrome (DES) and provides long-lasting protection from dryness and irritation. This formulation is similar to natural tears. The preservative used is mild and non-irritating, and Aquafresh 15ml eventually breaks down into components found in natural tears. The active ingredient, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, works by enhancing the viscosity, which helps the eye drops stay in the eye longer.
Dosage & Administration
Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) up to four times a day, or as needed.
Interaction
If using multiple eye medications, wait at least five minutes between each application.
Contraindications
Aquafresh 15ml is contraindicated for individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.

Side effects may include burning, eye irritation, itching, blurred vision, or eye discharge.

Precautions & Warnings
Other eye medications should be used 15 minutes before applying this eye drop. Remove contact lenses before use. Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Avoid touching the tip of the container to any surface to prevent contamination, and replace the cap immediately after use.
