Indications

Babicon is used to treat malnutrition, indigestion, immune deficiency, dysentery, and worms.

Pharmacology

Roktoutpol (Nymphaea lotus): Babicon contains bioflavonoids, glucose, fructose, sucrose, galacturonic acid, and amino acids. Babicon is beneficial for overall health and is used for diarrhea, dysentery, indigestion, and general weakness. Babicon helps in treating digestive issues and jaundice.

Draksha (Vitis vinifera): This plant contains sugar, gum, tannin, tartaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, iron, and albumin. Babicon is used as a soothing agent, diuretic, laxative, stomach tonic, and to relieve indigestion.

Dhaiful (Woodfordia fruticosa): This herb has cooling, anti-parasitic, and stimulating properties. Babicon is used to treat dysentery, mucous membrane disorders, headaches, and fevers.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula): Babicon contains chebulin, tannic acid, gallic acid, and resin. Chebulin helps relax muscles and aids digestion. Babicon is also useful for treating diarrhea, dysentery, stomach cramps, and enlarged spleen and liver.

Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica): This fruit is rich in vitamin C, minerals, flavonoids, amino acids, and phenolic compounds. Babicon helps balance stomach acids, improve food absorption, boost immunity, and support brain function. Babicon is often used to treat diarrhea.

Dosage & Administration

Children from 6 months to 5 years: Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon twice daily.

Children above 5 years: Take 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily.
