Company: Drug International Ltd.

Indications
Cytogem Inj is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer. Cytogem Inj is given along with other medications to treat these types of cancers, including locally advanced or metastatic stages. Cytogem Inj is also used for palliative care in certain patients with advanced lung cancer or pancreatic cancer.
Pharmacology
Cytogem Inj is broken down in the body to form two active substances that help block DNA synthesis. These substances reduce the availability of building blocks needed to form DNA, stopping the cancer cells from growing. Cytogem Inj works by preventing DNA from being formed properly, causing cancer cells to stop dividing and leading to their death (apoptosis).
