Indications
D-Rest is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, nervous excitement, muscle spasms and pain, restlessness, migraine, and lack of concentration.
Pharmacology
D-Rest is a special preparation of a standardized extract from Valerian root, which is a plant found in Eurasia and North America. Valerian helps calm the nervous system and has many properties such as acting as a sedative, tranquilizer, anti-anxiety, antioxidant, pain reliever, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxant.
Dosage & Administration
Adult & Elderly: Take 1-2 capsules daily, 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by the physician.
