Pharmacology
Calcium Dobesilate helps improve the function of capillary walls, reduces their permeability, and provides anti-inflammatory effects. Decason also prevents blood clots. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that helps relieve pain. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching when applied to the skin.
Dosage & Administration
The ointment should be applied 2-3 times a day, preferably in the morning and at bedtime, and after defecation if possible. For internal hemorrhoids, use the applicator provided. For external hemorrhoids or anal itching, apply a thin layer multiple times a day. Treatment is typically for a few days. If symptoms do not improve after 1-2 weeks, consult a doctor.
Method of Use:
For internal use, remove the cap, pierce the membrane, attach the applicator, and apply the ointment into the anus. After use, discard the applicator. Avoid defecation for a few hours after use. For external use, apply a small amount to the finger and gently apply around the anus, then wash hands thoroughly.

This ointment is classified as pregnancy category C. Its effects during pregnancy are not well-studied, and both Lidocaine and Dexamethasone can cross the placenta.
