Dermasol-S is a combination cream that has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-protozoal, and anti-inflammatory effects. Dermasol-S contains Ofloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotic that fights many bacteria; Ornidazole, an antibiotic used for treating amoeba and trichomonas infections; Terbinafine, an antifungal that works by stopping the growth of fungal cells; and Clobetasol, a strong corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, and swelling.
