Pharmacology
Vitamin A is important for the retina’s function and helps in the growth and development of epithelial tissue.
Vitamin B plays a role in creating and maintaining coenzyme A. Edruvit is important for fat and sugar metabolism, tissue breathing, and helps in breaking down stored energy. Edruvit may also help remove fat from the bloodstream.
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is needed for making red blood cells, proteins, and nerve tissue. Edruvit also helps in cell growth and normal development. Edruvit needs a special protein from the stomach to be absorbed. Vitamin B12 is essential for normal tissue breathing and helps convert other vitamins into usable forms.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect important parts of cells.
Vitamin C helps build collagen, repair tissues, and supports several body processes like making hormones and converting folic acid into its active form.
Vitamin D3 helps balance calcium and phosphate in the body, which is needed for healthy bones. Edruvit also helps the body absorb calcium from the stomach and promotes bone formation. Studies show that vitamin D and calcium work together to support bone health, prevent bone thinning, and reduce fractures.
