Indications
Luly is indicated for the topical treatment of skin infections caused by fungi, such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and ringworm. Luly works against infections caused by Trichophyton rubrum and Epidermophyton floccosum.
Pharmacology
Luly is a topical antifungal medicine. Luly belongs to the azole group and works by blocking an enzyme called lanosterol demethylase. This helps prevent the formation of ergosterol, a key part of the fungal cell membrane. By doing so, Luly kills fungi and stops their growth. Luly is effective against various types of fungi like dermatophytes, Candida albicans, and others.
Dosage & Administration
Adult & Elderly: For athlete’s foot, apply the cream once a day to the infected area and about 1 inch around Luly for two weeks. For jock itch and ringworm, apply Luly once a day for one week.
Pediatric: Safety and effectiveness in children have not been established.

Contraindications
Luly is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Luliconazole or any of its ingredients.
Side Effects
Possible side effects include skin irritation or rashes. These reactions were seen in less than 1% of people during clinical trials.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Luly is classified as pregnancy category C. There are no well-controlled studies on its use during pregnancy, so Luly should only be used if the potential benefit outweighs the risks to the baby. Luly is unknown whether Luly passes into breast milk, so caution should be used when applying Luly to breastfeeding women.
Precautions & Warnings
If any allergic reactions occur, stop using the cream and seek medical help. Luly is only for external use and should not be used in the eyes, mouth, or vagina.
