Indications
Onbrez Breezhaler 300 is used to treat airflow problems in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema.

Dosage & Administration
The contents of Indacaterol capsules should not be swallowed. They must be inhaled using the provided device.
The recommended dosage is to inhale the contents of one 75 mcg, 150 mcg, or 300 mcg Indacaterol capsule once daily at the same time every day.
If a dose is missed, take Onbrez Breezhaler 300 as soon as you remember, but do not take more than one dose within 24 hours.
Indacaterol is not suitable for children, and its safety and effectiveness have not been established for them.
There is no dosage adjustment needed for older adults or those with mild to moderate liver or kidney issues. There is no data for those with severe liver impairment.
Interaction
Indacaterol may interact with adrenergic drugs, xanthine derivatives, steroids, or diuretics. Onbrez Breezhaler 300 can increase the risk of low potassium levels when used with these drugs. Onbrez Breezhaler 300 should be used carefully with drugs that affect the heart, like monoamine oxidase inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, and beta-blockers.
Contraindications
Onbrez Breezhaler 300 is not suitable for patients with asthma unless combined with a long-term asthma control medication. Onbrez Breezhaler 300 should not be used in patients with a history of allergies to Indacaterol or any of its ingredients.
Side Effects
The most common side effects include cough, cold, headache, nausea, and throat pain. Some people may also experience allergic reactions, bronchospasm (difficulty breathing), fast heart rate, itching, and dizziness.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Indacaterol should only be used during pregnancy if the benefits outweigh the risks to the baby. Onbrez Breezhaler 300 is not known whether Onbrez Breezhaler 300 passes into breast milk, so Onbrez Breezhaler 300 should be used cautiously by nursing mothers.
Precautions & Warnings
Serious breathing problems may occur in people with asthma using long-acting inhaled beta agonists. Indacaterol is not approved for the treatment of asthma and should not be used for this purpose.
Overdose Effects
Signs of overdose include symptoms of excessive beta-adrenergic stimulation such as chest pain, fast or irregular heart rate, tremors, headache, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty breathing. In severe cases, cardiac arrest or death may occur.

Storage Conditions
Store the capsules in the blister pack and only remove them just before use. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
