Indications
Spersallerg is used for temporary relief of symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis, such as eye redness, swelling, and itching in adults and children over 2 years of age.
Pharmacology
Spersallerg contains Antazoline, an antihistamine that blocks histamine to reduce allergic reactions like itching, and Tetryzoline, which reduces redness and swelling in the eyes. Antazoline helps with itching but is not as effective for redness, while Tetryzoline helps with redness by narrowing blood vessels in the eyes. This combination works well to relieve both symptoms of allergic eye conditions.

Children (over 2 years old): No specific studies are available. Do not exceed 1-2 drops per day to avoid possible side effects.
Children (under 2 years old): Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
The eye drops should not be used for longer than 14 days to avoid side effects like increased redness and eye irritation.
