Indications
Tapirof Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults.
Pharmacology
This cream contains Tapinarof as the active ingredient. Tapinarof works by interacting with the Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR). The exact way Tapinarof works in treating psoriasis is not fully understood.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer of Tapinarof cream to the affected areas once daily. Wash your hands after applying Tapirof Cream, unless you’re using Tapirof Cream on your hands. Tapirof Cream is not for oral, eye, or vaginal use.
Pediatric Use: The safety and effectiveness of Tapinarof cream have not been proven in children under 18 with psoriasis.

Contraindications
Tapirof Cream is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of its components.
Side Effects
The most common side effects (affecting 1% or more of users) include folliculitis, nasopharyngitis, contact dermatitis, headache, itching, and flu-like symptoms.
