Zonyra Cream is used to treat acne vulgaris (common acne) in patients 9 years and older.
Pharmacology
Zonyra Cream works by affecting specific receptors in the skin. This helps in the regulation of skin cell growth and inflammation. The exact way Zonyra Cream helps improve acne is not fully known.
Dosage & Administration
Apply a thin layer to the affected skin once a day in the evening on clean, dry skin. Use a moisturizer as needed. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Only for external use, not for oral, eye, or vaginal use.
Interaction
Zonyra Cream is not expected to affect the effectiveness of oral contraceptives containing ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel when applied topically.

Limit sun exposure and wear sunscreen and protective clothing.
